This reusable, washable and professional-looking overshoe has become a favourite on Amazon for thousands, notching up 1,392 reviews with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. In this piece, we’ll show you how adding a pair of these award-winning boot covers to your tool kit will do your customers, your business and its reputation some very big favours.  ## **THE BENEFITS OF MUKGUARD** MukGuard is an overshoe created for tradespeople to ensure they don’t bring mud, dirt or debris into customers’ homes from outside. Slipping on these washable boot covers means clients’ floors are kept clean every time you walk through their property. But the benefits of MukGuard go far beyond clean carpets...  **“These overshoes are absolutely amazing – there is nothing else like it on the market.”**  **MukGuard Wearer**  ### **KEEPING CUSTOMERS HAPPY** [![MukGuard from V12 Footwear](https://blog.v12footwear.com/hs-fs/hubfs/MukGuard-1.png?width=400&height=278&name=MukGuard-1.png)](https://v12footwear.com/products/v1503s-mukguard-1?_pos=1&_sid=e2cc2d40f&_ss=r&variant=39518040654018)Happy customers are key to a successful business. You could do the best piece of work you’ve ever done, but if you leave their floors covered in dirty footprints, it’s unlikely you’ll be hearing from them again. With MukGuard, clean floors are guaranteed, but using this product also shows that you respect your client’s house (arguably their most important asset) enough to ensure it looks as good as it did when you stepped through the door. And it’s a door you’ll be stepping through again, because they’ll certainly want you, your clean feet and professional approach for the next piece of work they need doing.  **"They are 10x, if not 100x better than your standard overshoe."**  **Ben Braine, MukGuard wearer**  ### **WINNING NEW BUSINESS THROUGH A GOOD REPUTATION** [![Mukguard from V12 Footwear](https://blog.v12footwear.com/hs-fs/hubfs/MukGuard/Mukguard.png?width=320&height=320&name=Mukguard.png)](https://v12footwear.com/products/v1503s-mukguard-1?_pos=1&_sid=e2cc2d40f&_ss=r&variant=39518040654018)What’s the first thing most of us do when we’ve had a bad or frustrating consumer experience? We talk about it. A survey from [Dimensional Research](https://www.marketingcharts.com/digital-28628) revealed that 95% of people who had a bad customer service experience said they told someone, and over 50% of these people said they’d happily share this negative experience on a review site.  Given this, it’s crucial that when people talk about you and your business, it's positive. If you and your MukGuard have carried out a professional looking job with respect for the property in which you’re working, word will definitely get around, and back to you in the form of new business.  **“Customers absolutely love these.”**  **MukGuard wearer**  ### **BEATING THE COMPETITION** [![MukGuard from V12 Footwear](https://blog.v12footwear.com/hs-fs/hubfs/MukGuard%20Carousel%201st%20Image_V12%20Footwear-1.png?width=1060&height=1060&name=MukGuard%20Carousel%201st%20Image_V12%20Footwear-1.png)](https://v12footwear.com/products/v1503s-mukguard-1?_pos=1&_sid=e2cc2d40f&_ss=r&variant=39518040654018) Many tradespeople carrying out work that requires entering customers’ homes still use the cheaper blue plastic overshoes. While these are better than nothing, they are thin and flimsy which can cause the material to rip and floors to become dirty, they’re bad for the environment – and they simply don’t look very professional.  On the other hand, MukGuard’s high-quality, branded design (which also doubles as the sole grip to keep you [slip-free and safe](https://blog.v12footwear.com/safest-overshoe-mukguard)) will make you look prepared, professional and environmentally friendly. And if you’re searching for business for your company, these are very often the small but significant factors that will see you beat your competition.    **"Stylish, comfortable and easy to put on...they grip very well on shiny floors. Very pleased with this product!"**  **Stuart Bannell , MukGuard Wearer**  ### **HASSLE-FREE** The other reason that MukGuard is top of the pile when it comes to overshoes is their ease and convenience. With its carabiner attachment, your MukGuard will be on full display and easy to access, and once you’re ready to pull them on and get to work, it’s a doddle, as they’ve been designed to fit snugly yet swiftly onto the boot with zero hassle.   And let’s not forget, if you get to a client's home to start work, the last thing you want to be doing is wasting time right from the get-go either removing your footwear (which never looks great) or hopping about the hallway or porch trying to put on snagging and non-stretchy plastic overshoes. It won’t make a good first impression, and you’ll be wasting valuable time. So, choose the simple, hassle-free MukGuard so you can get on with the job in hand.  Want to see how easy it is to slip on a pair?
