The issue:

A diverse range of tasks is carried out in order to produce the whole car - from casting, engine assembly and pressing through to welding, painting and final assembly. As workers are constantly dealing with machinery and heavy materials, they need to be protected at all times.

A key benefit for Honda is the replaceable footbed, which improves the hygiene inside the shoe and increases the life of the footwear, controlling costs.
